24/7 on site security service
Our locations are secured round the clock by a certified security service. We have highly developed camera and alarm system surveillance, both on-site and through a VdS certified control center, which can access video surveillance in case of suspicion. Additionally, emergency buttons are strategically located throughout our facilities to ensure rapid assistance in emergency situations.
These comprehensive security measures provide a level of protection that no other operator of safety deposit boxes in Germany can offer thus far.

State-of-the-art robot technology
Your belongings are in the best hands with us. Our vaults are operated by state-of-the-art robots, ensuring the secure and efficient transportation of safe deposit boxes between the vault and the customer cabins.
In contrast to traditional vault systems where access to the vault area poses a potential security risk, our system completely eliminates this danger, as no staff require access to the vault. At Trisor, you can be assured that your property is optimally protected.
ECB-S certified vault
Our innovative vaults are made of robust reinforced concrete and feature advanced Krohn drill protection. This mechanism redirects drilling attempts or releases liquid-filled balls to glue the drill head. In a practical test with an oxygen lance, it took a full 12 hours to open a fist-sized hole. Therefore, tunnel break-ins, as seen in outdated bank vaults, are excluded at Trisor.
Additionally, our vaults are equipped with sound and vibration-sensitive alarms that react early to drilling attempts. We take pride in all our locations possessing the ECB-S certification from the reputable European Certification Body, with the security class of 10 KB (EX).
3-factor authentication
Your Trisor deposit box offers top-notch protection through an advanced 3-step authentication process. With a special customer card, a personal PIN code, and your individual fingerprint, we ensure that only you can access your valuables. Your fingerprint is encrypted at the highest security level and securely stored on your personal customer card. In case of loss, the card can be reissued on-site without risk to unauthorized individuals.
Anonymity as a security element
Discreet anonymous customer cards and cash payments allow for anonymity. Trisor does not send postal letters that could be intercepted or stolen. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
