Glamorous opening attracts stars and starlets to the cathedral city
Trisor, the leading bank-independent safe deposit box provider, opens its new location in Cologne. The DJ duo Noah+Elias Becker provided the right beats at the evening event. Cologne residents can now protect what is dear to them around the clock in 6,000 automated safe deposit boxes on Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring.
Cologne/Berlin, April 20, 2023. With 200 guests from politics, business, culture and sports, Trisor celebrated the opening of its new location in the heart of the Rhineland on Wednesday evening. Trisor’s managing directors Marco Wild and Dr. Justus Westerburg welcomed the guests, which also included star presenter Frauke Ludowig, “Let’s Dance” star and professional soccer player Rúrik Gíslason, and entrepreneur and investor Frank Thelen, known from the TV format “Höhle der Löwen”. The DJ duo Noah+Elias Becker played for the first time in Germany and provided the right party vibes on this spring evening. In the design ambience of the location, the invitees enjoyed catering from Cologne’s celebrated Grid Bar and had the certified security of the safe deposit box system explained to them in detail.
“As a native of Cologne, this is a very special event for me. I am very proud of our new, fifth location. We offer secure, independent protection for everything that is dear to the people of Cologne. Modern locker systems not only have a very high level of security, but are also accessible around the clock – and they look good to boot,” said Marco Wild, CEO of Trisor.
Special ambience for personal values
In a discreet, luxurious design ambience, safe deposit boxes of various sizes including insurance can be rented easily and independently of a bank at Trisor. The reservation is made conveniently online, the activation is made on site. With a 3-factor authentication consisting of fingerprint, pin and smart card, the personal locker is accessible 24/7. During service hours, trained personnel are also available to provide customers with sound advice. In addition, at the Cologne location, it is possible to purchase investment gold coins and gold bars of this crisis-proof currency at a preferential price at the gold counter and to store them directly.
Safety at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring on a new level
The new location at Kaiser Wilhelm Ring 7-9 already has a history of security. Previously, Gerling Bank had stored valuables in the basement. Now, tangible assets such as heirlooms, jewelry, crypto wallets, as well as personal keepsakes and important documents are protected here at a higher level. The newly built, massive vault made of 15-centimeter-thick reinforced concrete mix with complex security technology was christened “Dicke Pitter” in January, in reference to Cologne’s most famous bell. The SK10 KB and ECB-S certified safe is fully automated. It is managed with specially developed software and is not accessible. A robot moves the locker to a discreet, spacious individual booth. A certified guard service is on site around the clock.
