Access anytime
At Trisor, you have uncomplicated access to your valuables at any time – without the need for an appointment or registration. Using an encrypted customer card, you can enter the Trisor location 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Accessing your locker doesn’t require staff: our special vault robot discreetly transports your safe deposit box to a separate customer cabin. Absolute security is ensured through your personal PIN and fingerprint – no one but you can access your deposit box. After your visit, the robot safely returns your deposit box to the vault. Whether it’s late in the evening or just before your vacation, Trisor offers you flexibility.

Security
Our vaults comply with current security standards, are ECB-S certified, and equipped with sound and vibration alarms. Our video surveillance is linked to a professional control center that responds promptly to suspicions and alarms.
A 24/7 on-site security team ensures the round-the-clock protection of our location, and even in the event of internet or power outages, operations remain assured. In addition to these physical security measures, we place significant emphasis on cyber-security. Therefore, we also rely on extensive insurance coverage and associated assessments of our locations and processes by our partners HDI and AXA to optimally safeguard your assets.

Discretion
Your belongings are solely your concern which is why you access your deposit box in private and secure individual cabins, without the presence of staff or other customers. At Trisor, you have the option to pay in cash and receive an anonymous white customer card.
Likewise, we highly value confidentiality in our communication with you: You won’t receive any correspondence by mail. As an independent safety deposit box provider, we are not subject to reporting obligations – because your safety and well-being are our top priority.
